This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Voyantt Consultancy Services LLP (also referred to as “Voyantt”) will offer refunds for services rendered.
Voyantt understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating project termination or cancellation before completion. We offer a partial or full refund policy applicable to fixed-cost, fixed-period, and dedicated resource hiring projects, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Refundable Services
Clients are eligible for a refund based on the percentage of undelivered project work. The specific percentage will be determined by Voyantt based on the stage of project completion at the time of termination.
2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1 Third-party expenses: Payments made to third-party vendors on your behalf, for server, domain, payment gateways, analytics reports, premium images or animated graphics are non-refundable. Voyantt will provide receipts or invoices for these expenses upon request.
2.2 Unforeseen client delays: Refunds will not be granted for project delays caused by the client, such as late information provision or approval bottlenecks.
3. Refund Calculations
3.1 Fixed-cost and fixed-period projects: For these projects, the refund amount will be calculated as a certain percentage of the “Total Project Cost” agreed-upon for the entire project, as stated in the contract.
3.2. Dedicated resource hiring projects: The refund will be based on the unused portion of the contracted period. However, a minimum service fee may apply depending on the project duration.
3.3 Maintenance subscription plans: For all of our monthly maintenance plans, we calculate the refund amount based on the price of the main plan and the number of hours worked.

4. Claiming a Refund
To claim a refund, please submit a formal written request to Voyantt, outlining the reason for project termination. Voyantt will review the request and calculate the applicable refund amount based on the terms outlined above.
5. Grievance Escalation Levels
1st level: Intimate the Team Lead
2nd level: Write to the Dedicated Account Manager or Project Communication Manager
3rd level: Escalate to Operations Head at [email protected]
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement regarding the refund amount, Voyantt will work collaboratively with the client to reach a fair resolution.
